This page explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can request deletion.

Data we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily send us:

• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message content.
• Quote request: name, email, phone, company name and product concerned.
• Partner application: name, email, phone, city and description of your activity.
• Technical data: IP address and browser, recorded only to prevent abusive automated submissions.

We use no advertising trackers and do not set behavioural tracking cookies. The only cookie used remembers your language choice and secures form submissions.

Why we use them

• Respond to your information, quote or demo request;
• Review your partner application;
• Follow up on our commercial exchanges;
• Protect our forms against abuse.

Your data is neither sold, rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Contact messages and quote requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Unsuccessful partner applications are deleted after one year.

Security

Data is stored on a restricted-access server. Site traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and back-office access is password-protected.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Send your request to info@lgi-logiciel.net or by phone at +228 93 32 25 25. We reply within a maximum of 30 days.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last revision is shown below.
